Your imagination and emotions will be inspired through a combination of Jazz, Modern and Duncan dance styles, Tai Chi, Tae Kwon Do, Aikido and the body-mind healing arts of The Feldenkrais Method®, Alexander Technique and Yoga.

With practice, you will increase your body awareness to cultivate a space filled with gratitude, acceptance and reconnection to yourself. You’ll be guided and supported to explore and move your body in ways that feel good to YOU in the moment.

What’s Included
Live Classes
Taught virtually through Zoom. You can have your camera on or off, whatever you feel most comfortable with.
Recorded Classes
For those who cannot attend the weekly live class it will be recorded so that you can access it at your convenience.
4 Monthly Live Classes
Live, 30 minute Nia classes designed specifically for women living with pelvic pain and LS are held Wednesday at 1 pm MST
Pelvic Pain & LS Nia Membership
Even if you are in a lot of pain these classes are designed so that you can move based on your individual mobility and pain level. You will learn to increase your body awareness so that you can start to feel better. As soon as you sign up for your free 14 day trial, you will receive instant access to your membership and the recording of the week. After your free week has ended, you will be charged CAD $59/month for as long as you are a member!
About Me
I am an LS Warrior. I am a wife and mom to two active children, ages 6 and 3. I have been living with Lichen Sclerosus for over 28 years.
Through many years of pain and the challenges of living with LS, I found my medicine through movement. An integrative form of exercise known as Nia was the catalyst in my healing journey.
I understand the disconnect of the mind, body, emotion and spirit that can occur while living with LS. The realignment of those pieces of me was an important part of managing the physical and emotional challenges that come with this diagnosis. I am now passionate and committed to sharing what I have learned with others so that they too can live a life of joy, comfort and ease.
